Telegraph Hill Festival 2017

25 March and 9 April 2017

Telegraph Hill Festival 2017

Telegraph Hill Festival 2017 will take place between 25 March and 9 April 2017.

We are looking to you for your ideas – ideas that you will put into practice as part of Telegraph Hill 2017.

You need to have met with us and discussed your idea by mid-January before submitting your final proposal by 31 January 2017.   The programme will need time to be finalised ahead of printing and ready for delivery from the start of March 2017.

We are open to suggestions for other spaces …

  • Wouldn’t it be great to have a large sculpture installation on the roundabout at the top of the hill?   Are you an artist with a large and solid sculpture which needs showing off?
  • Shops, Estate Agents and Cafe’s along the New Cross Road may welcome artwork on their windows as part of the Festival … are you prepared to work with them to achieve this?
  • Have you nurtured a desire to create a piece of outdoor promenade theatre, presenting recovered or forgotten history or an amazing future?

  • We are looking for exhibitions, films, performances, happenings, interventions into the local landscape, and any other arts project.   These can take place in any one of the diverse venues we have access to and which are listed below.   Talk to us.
  • YOUR SPACE – What space can you create?
  • Is there scope to enhance existing events with ‘virtual’ elements which might enable those events to have a longer life?   Let’s talk.

The deadline for final submissions is 31 January 2017 – we advise that you contact us sooner than that for a chat.   Participating venues are listed below …
